What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will manage client projects from quotation through execution and turnover, working closely with Engineering and Operations teams across our Technical Solutions business. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, strong client relationships, and operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Managing client projects end-to-end, from quotation through execution, delivery, and turnover
- Preparing quotations, project documentation, and client reporting
- Coordinating with procurement, field service, and production teams to ensure timely execution
- Monitoring project budgets and schedules and supporting billing and reporting requirements
- Supporting quality control through documentation, internal reviews, and compliance with applicable standards
- Assisting with project close-out, including turnover packages and quality documentation
- Maintaining technical familiarity with relevant standards and product/service offerings (ex. CSA, ASME)
What We're Looking For
We’re excited to meet candidates who have:
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology programs (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing role (technical services environment preferred)
- Strong project coordination skills with attention to budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
