What You’ll Do:

As a Civil Field Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Belleoram Rock Quarry project, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support project administration, team coordination, and site logistics, reporting to the Project Manager. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Walking the project construction site, ensuring all metrics are being capture and accurately reported on
• Supporting site management in key deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged
• Processing timesheets, job reports, purchase orders, and tracking records
• Supporting contract management, project controls, and quality weekly reporting
• Coordinating subcontractors and managing documentation systems
• Supporting Indigenous engagement initiatives

You’ll collaborate closely with Heavy Civil Belleoram team and report directly to the Project Manager, helping drive innovation and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

We’re excited to meet candidates who have:

• 4–5 years of experience in construction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have demonstratable experience in a field construction position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work the field, track progress, and develop technical reports to ensure we’re hitting our milestones and deliverables
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• A willingness to work extended hours and rotational schedules
• A proactive mindset and commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration

Project Conditions - Please note, the project rotation for this position is on a 14 days on / 7 days off schedule out of the Belleoram area. This position is a project assigned role that will run for a period of 6 months. Living Out Allowances will be provided.
