- Working with technicians, production teams, and external vendors to coordinate timely project execution.
- Tracking and reporting on project budgets, costs, and schedule progress.
- Issuing purchase orders, monitoring materials procurement, and liaising with suppliers.
- Supporting compliance with technical standards such as CSA and UL.
- Participating in design reviews and assisting with quality assurance.
- Other tasks as assigned to support project success.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking motivated individuals who bring both technical knowledge and a passion for project execution. Ideally, you have:
- A Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical or mechanical system design and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and ability to support end-to-end project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project tracking tools.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) to support design tasks.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support estimating, planning, and executing technical projects in a customer-focused environment.
