What You’ll Do:

As an Electrical Field Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on site. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Conducting field inspections and ensuring electrical work complies with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Providing hands-on guidance to the electrical team, troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues.
• Reviewing and interpreting electrical schematics, drawings, and project documentation.
• Supporting project managers by tracking progress, managing work plans, and contributing to schedule updates.
• Documenting system installations, performing risk assessments, and enforcing safety protocols.

You’ll collaborate closely with the on-site construction and engineering teams and report directly to project leadership, helping ensure excellence in execution under challenging conditions.

What We're Looking For:

We’re excited to meet candidates who have:

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical coordination or engineering within the mining, heavy industrial, or construction sectors.
• Proven hands-on knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with electrical automation technologies is an asset.
• Experience working in remote or extreme environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to lead in-field coordination.

Safety Requirements:

• First Aid and Fall Protection certifications are considered assets.
• Candidates must be willing and able to work in remote northern climates under physically demanding conditions.
